Get a baking sheet and a large foil good enough to cover the whole fillet and wrap it tightly.
Line the baking sheet in the tray to prevent leakage.
Line the foil on top of it.
Position your salmon in the foil.
Pat, it to dry and set aside
In the mid-time, melt the butter in a separate pan, add a little bit of Dijon mustard to it, add the cloves garlic minced garlic, minced thyme, and rosemary. Whisk them together
Pat the salmon dry and pour the butter mixture over the salmon
Drizzle that sauce over the salmon.
Use a brush to spread it evenly and get the sauce covering the entire fillet.
Sprinkle the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Wrap tightly the salmon with the foil to cover it completely and allow the sauce to stay in your fish.
Bake it for about 20mn depending on how cooked you want it and about the thickness of the fillet.
Carefully, open the foil and bake more for a couple of minutes if you want it crispier on the top.
Garnish it with either parsley or sliced lemons or spinach and carrot ( in this case) and serve.
